  • Tarpon Woods Condos

This neighborhood offers the benefits of a Florida lifestyle while also encouraging strong neighborhood bonds and active neighbors.

As an example of the strong pride and camaraderie shared, this website is presented by the Tarpon Woods Entrance and Islands Alliance (TWEIA). This committee is an all-volunteer group of residents responsible for upkeep and maintenance of Tarpon Woods common spaces, including the lighted signs and landscaping at the East Lake Road entrance, the island between Tanglewood Trail and Kumar Road, and the island at Annwood Road at Tanglewood Trail. This group works to:

  • Provide a welcoming, clean, and presentable entrance to our neighborhood
  • Ensure that landscaping is kept up and refreshed
    • Planting, trimming, or replacing trees and flowers, as necessary
    • Ensuring islands are mowed, weeded, and treated for pests
  • Maintain equipment within the common areas
    • Monitoring, repairing, and maintaining sprinkler systems
    • Ensuring utilities (electrical and plumbing) are safe and operational
    • Care for, clean, and update the Tarpon Woods entry sign
  • Update the neighborhood entrance for various holidays with appropriate decorations

We are very proud of our neighborhood, and more importantly, appreciative of each of our neighbors within this development. While the Tarpon Woods Entrance and Islands Alliance does not share responsibilities, contact, or funding with the other divisions within our community directly, we encourage others to look for housing opportunities throughout each subdivision so we can call you a neighbor, too.
